American Celiac Disease Alliance
The American Celiac Disease Alliance was formed on March 10, 2005 in response to a mandate from the National Institute of Health (NIH) symposium in June 2004. Members of the ACDA had initially come together as the American Celiac Task Force. The bulk of this group's work is in the important area of food labeling.
