Information from the Cold Stone website:  Cake Batter, Butter Pecan and Oatmeal Cookie Batter ice creams contain gluten. In addition, any mix-ins that have a flour component to them also contain gluten (such as brownies, graham cracker, cookie dough, Oreos®, Kit Kat® and any candies that have a flour component to them).  Although we take precautions by cleaning the mixing stone often, we cannot guarantee that residual products containing glutens will not accidentally be mixed into your ice cream.  Request the ALLERGY STONE to assure a clean area for preparation. In addition, our caramel and fudge sauces contain oat flour, which may affect some people.
